9月14日から始まりましたエプコット フード＆ワインフェスティバル 2016
今年は去年よりも期間が延長になり、11月14日までの開催です。

今日は一部のメニューをご紹介させて頂きます♪

オーストラリア： Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp with Pineapple,

 カナダ：Canadian cheddar cheese soup served with a pretzel roll

 カリブ諸島：Mojo Pork with Black Beans, Cilantro Rice and Pickled
　　　　　　 Red Onions

The CHEW Collective：Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with 

　　　　　　　　　      a Caramel Drizzle

 ニュージーランド：Lamb Meatball with Spicy Tomato Chutney

 Farm Fresh：Loaded Mac ‘n' Cheese with Nueske's® Pepper Bacon, Cheddar
　　　　　　 Cheese, Peppers and Green Onions

 ドイツ：Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce

 ギリシャ：Loaded Greek “Nachos”: Pita Chips, Meatless Sausage Crumbles
　　　　    and Vegan Tzatziki

 ハワイ：Kalua Pork Slider with Sweet and Sour Dole® Pineapple Chutney
               and Spicy Mayonnaise

 Hops & Barley：New England Lobster Roll

 パタゴニア：Roasted Verlasso® Salmon with Quinoa Salad and Arugula
                      Chimichurri

 ポーランド：Frozen Szarlotka Apple Pie featuring Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka

 韓国：Roasted Pork Lettuce Wrap and Kimchi

Wine & Dine Studio：Seared Scallop, Truffled Celery Root Purée, Brussels
                              Sprouts and Wild Mushrooms featuring Melissa’s Produce
